At ReturnGiftEazy, most of our products are ordered in bulk for events, and many items require special handling or preparation. For this reason, our refund, return, and cancellation policies are structured to ensure fairness while supporting smooth operations.
1. Refund & Return Policy
Because return gifts are typically ordered in bulk or customized, refunds and returns are offered only for valid, verifiable issues.
A. When Refunds/Returns Are Eligible
A refund or return request may be approved only if:

The item delivered is damaged or defective

You received a different product than what you ordered
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Items delivered in good condition

Products used, altered, or without original packaging

Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
B. Reporting a Problem
To request a refund or return:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving the order

Provide:

Clear photos of the issue

A short unboxing video showing the problem

The item must be:

Unused

In original packaging

In the same condition as delivered

Requests without proper proof may be declined.
C. Return Shipping Responsibility

If the issue is not caused by ReturnGiftEazy, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

If the product is damaged or incorrect, ReturnGiftEazy will cover the return/replacement cost.
All returns must be sent using a trackable courier with proof of dispatch.
D. Refund Processing Timeline
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer, etc.)

You will receive a notification once the refund is initiated
E. Partial Refunds / Deductions
A partial refund may apply if:

The returned product shows signs of use

Original packaging is missing or damaged

Only part of a bulk order is returned

The product is customized or made-to-order
Shipping fees are refundable only in cases where ReturnGiftEazy is at fault.
F. Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Personalized, monogrammed, or custom-printed items

Products used or handled after delivery

Items returned without prior approval

Requests made after the 2-day reporting period
2. Cancellation Policy
Most orders at ReturnGiftEazy are packed and prepared quickly, especially bulk event orders.
Therefore, cancellations are limited.
A. Cancellation Rules

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and paid.

If you request cancellation before dispatch, it may be approved with a 15%–18% cancellation fee.
This covers packing, material reservation, and processing time. -
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstance.
B. How to Request a Cancellation
For pre-dispatch cancellations:

If approved, the refund (minus cancellation fee) will be processed as per our standard refund timelines
3. Replacement / Exchange Policy
We offer replacements or exchanges only for valid issues verified with evidence.
A. When Replacement Is Provided
A replacement may be issued if:

The delivered item is damaged or defective

You received the wrong item
An exchange for a different product may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on stock.
B. Replacement Request Process

Notify us within 2 days of delivery

Share photos and videos showing the issue

Return the product unused and in original packaging

Use a trackable courier (cost depends on who is at fault)
C. Replacement Dispatch Timeline
Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

Replacement is dispatched within 3 working days, subject to stock availability

If the replacement item is more expensive, you must pay the difference

If it is cheaper, the difference may be refunded (shipping charges excluded)

Exchanged and replacement products will be delivered within 3 working days
D. If Replacement Is Not Possible
If the item is out of stock or cannot be repaired/replaced, we will issue a refund as per our refund rules.
